Habitat
These creatures are mostly found hunting alone or wandering to seek the next thing to intimidate and belittle. They were once limited to a fairly small habitat within the Nether, but have since been forced out of it since the Daughter of Grief destroyed their home. Honed by old battles, the Ginur can also be found protecting fortresses or other special locations if ordered by something of higher rank than them in the demonic hierarchy.

Physiology
The Ginur is a kind of hellhound speculated to be corrupted war dogs from the time of Grief. They were once abandoned and then altered in a gruesome fate. Their bodies are black, with sleek short fur. Their paws and claws feel as if made of steel and their breath smells of brimstone. They bellow fire from their maws, a heat intense enough to burn. The Ginur is monstrous- sometimes having extra limbs, eyes, or even heads. They can grow as large as the size of a Garulf. Much like the Ashhounds, fire licks their backs and paws if they’re set alight, instead of burning them completely. They can have short or long tails. Wafts of black smoke trail them from their mouths and they can leave burning pawprints.

Behavior
Howls of the Ginur are terrifying, audible from leagues away. It’s deeper and coarser than the howl of wolves. Naturally created hunters, the Ginur are often predators around the forest-like areas of the Hellscape. If any stray, it’s due to an order from a Greater Fiend that they can’t disobey, an unusually engaging hunt, or revenge for revenge over something or someone. They don’t really make nests- and often wander alone and only join together if seeking a mate. The Ginur often seeks challenges and does not shy away from a confrontation unless severely injured.
