Citizen's Skin: (File or link OR if you want the citizen to be a mob type (like a pet rabbit), name mob type.)
Citizen's Coordinates: (x y z, only 3 numbers, no letters)

OPTIONAL:
Should the Citizen talk?
Give me up to five sentences of up to ~6 words that the citizen will cycle through saying in speech bubbles above their head.
Should the Citizen walk?
Give me a general route they should take, either explained in words or drawn in dynmap, or catch me online sometime to explain it in realtime.
If you'd like the citizen to stand still at certain points, let me know where it should stand still and for how many seconds/minutes.
